Tour Itinerary:

Walking Tour.

Depart for Mt. Scopus observatory for an overview of the old and new city. Drive to House of Caiaphas - High Priest in the 2nd Temple Period. Enter Zion gate to Jewish quarter, via the Armenian quarter and Cardo. Visit 4 Separdi synagogues from the 16th Century and the synagogue of Johanan Ben Zacchai. Continue to excavated Herodian Mansions - during the 2nd Temple period. Proceed to the Temple Mt* - the site of the Temple with an overview of the Dome of the Rock and El Aksa Mosque (entry not permited - according to Palestinian Authority Regulations). Continue to Davidson Center for a light & sound show. Walking tour of southern Wall Excavations, known as entry to temple during 2nd temple period. Visit the palace of Beth-Omaha from the muslim period. Return to hotels.
